World Advanced Daisenryaku: Sakusen File

Synopsis:

World Advanced Daisenryaku: Sakusen File is an entry in the Daisenryaku series with the campaign focusing on the eastern front during World War II. The game uses hexagonal grid over the battlefield map similar to that in the original Panzer General game. Available gameplay modes include standard mode and campaign mode. In standard mode the player can choose and play any map in single player or multiplayer and available selection of units is preset. In campaign mode, the player can go through Soviet story campaign which follows the actual historical events of WWII, or Cenozoic virtual campaign where any of the five available forces, namely US, British, Soviet, German, or Japanese, can be selected. During the campaigns the units evolve over time and upgrade into more powerful units that were developed during the course of World War II.
